Jeffrey R. Carlson

Jeff is a senior financial specialist with extensive experience consulting to healthy and troubled middle market companies. He has provided financial advisory services to businesses in crisis management, strategic assessment and planning for businesses in crisis and non-crisis situations, assistance in securing permanent or working capital funds, and assistance to owners in the liquidation or sale of businesses. He has also served clients as an interim financial manager. Jeff has prepared business valuations to assist clients in establishing realistic values for their businesses or target acquisitions and has advised or directed clients during the negotiation and sale process.

Jeff has over 30 years of experience in banking, debt restructuring, trade creditor negotiation, gross margin improvement, business and financial plan development, business reorganization plans, cash flow planning, forecasting and budgeting, financial forecasting and litigation support. He has testified in Federal District Court as an expert witness in business valuations and has lectured banking, legal and professional organizations on the role of the turnaround manager and early warning signs of financial trouble.

Jeff received his BA in Business and Accounting from Gettysburg College and his MBA in Finance from Babson College. He holds a Massachusetts CPA Certificate.
