RLA provides enterprise valuation services to assist clients in setting realistic corporate values to be used when considering:

• Acquisitions or Divestitures
• Succession Planning
• Liquidation Scenarios

RLA will consider numerous valuation methods in arriving at a business enterprise value for your business. We will review the Book and Adjusted Book values of the company. Historical earnings will be normalized and used in deriving a Capitalized Earnings value and a Capitalized Excess Earnings value. The Guideline Publicly Traded Company Method will be considered when applicable as will the Capitalized Future Economic Income method.
